Update on the swimming fox:
He was fine after his ordeal, we just wanted to make sure his fall into the water hadn't caused any problems.
After spending 24 hours in our care, Meg released him.
Great news for the fox - not so good for Martin who is now on antibiotics.

Fox rescue Worcester on Saturday which turned out to be not as easy or successful as we planned but Martin & Meg got him in the end, albeit after the poor fox had been for an unplanned swim in the river & Martin got bitten.

This Badger (Meles meles) was found on a main road. Our care assistant Jo attended & brought her to the hospital. She was unsteady on her legs & very weak. She was given a course of medication & put in our mammal unit to rest. She was released last night, where she was found. ā¤ļø

This Fallow Deer (Dama dama) had attempted to jump the fence but caught both hind legs in the wire.
Our vet was able to stitch up the wound & he was put in our mammal unit for monitoring.
We're pleased to say the wound healed & he made a full recovery
