Today I tried the (new?) “scan as you shop” feature on the @ikea app, and, my friends, let me tell you it’s a pointless waste of time, because it triggers an employee call who then comes and counts your articles, rescans them and basically it just takes more time. Utter idiocy.

I'm using #AI at every opportunity. Not "playing", not "trying". Using. With a mindful approach and curiosity, because like computers replaced typewriters and pens, AI will have its place in life. So I'm integrating it in all sorts of tasks to see where it's a good fit for me.

Basic #UX principle: make it as simple, step-free, frictionless, obvious and clear to your user as you can. For example, if like 1Password your app is used to retrieve data by copying and pasting it, dont make the "copy" job need 2 clicks, make it need just 1. Seriously.
