Remember the old local van deliveries for milk, fish and bread. Wouldn’t it be great to reboot this and provide communities with fresh food van deliveries from local farms. It also keeps cash within local circular economies.

I tend to avoid using 'should' or 'shouldn't' when working therapeutically with people. Also just generally in speech or in writing Words matter, their delivery matters. A lot is said in the under-currents of language

I remain hugely grateful to one of my first yoga teachers. During a practicum, a student used the term, 'I want you to...'. The teacher immediately interrupted to say, your teaching is not what you want someone to do

Running your own business is many things. When starting out, offer free sessions from a genuine place of curiosity and value. This is fieldwork. Learn to truly listen to people. Don't expect fast results. Consistency is queen. The effects of anything are cumulative.

It was the moment of unconditional support from his father, that the tears came and emotion could release more openly in that support. So moving to see love in motion. I do remember.

Start living the life you want, in everyday fabric. Actions are all about the fire horse! Welcome to the lunar new year. Whatever helps connect with release/endings of the deep Wood Snake, honour the shedding, so the shiny saddle can be oiled and ready to ride! Whoop! 🔥🐎

Studying Archetypal Astrology (AA) at the moment. In some ways, previous experiences have helped me understand we move beyond archetypes to access the raw and primal forces that exist in the universe and run through us. A key aspect of AA is considering the basic perinatal phases

Stan Grof came up with the Basic Perinatal Phases (BPM) 1 through IV: BPM I: Neptune. Oneness in the oceanic womb BPM II: Saturn: Intense experience of restriction as we are being birthed. Contractions. Force. BPM III: Pluto: Heaven or Hell. Will we get out the birth canal alive

Each of the BPM phases in Archetypal Astrology could carry an imprint, unresolved residue e.g baby is born with umbilicus wrapped around throat. The premise is that somatically we remember. It's an interesting exploration to consider how our birth may have influenced behaviours

Much of modern postural yoga was influenced by Swedish calisthenics. Stemming from mid 19th Century up to WWII. Prior to this, yoga was rarely considered in such physical terms. Pranayama, connection to Divine, deep insights into Self were the focus.

Myth and how we live and embody the wild and bigger stories of our lives, are what help us collectively heal. Connection to dreams, connection to breath, connection to Mother (womanhood), connection to Sun (masculine drive). Dancing and singing ourselves home in the every day
