The New Orleans Saints DID have quality players that could draw that type of compensation via trades, but as always they waited too long and/or are way too sentimental. This is a business, not a “good ole boy” clubhouse for personal favorites…..
The New York Jets are doing what the Detroit Lions did previously with how they are planning to rebuild…… It’s brilliant. New Orleans Saints please take note and execute at least something that resembles a plan!
This is infuriating because if Mickey Loomis was any good at his job or if Gayle Benson was a halfway decent owner, the New Orleans Saints could have achieved something similar if they were willing to deal the past few years instead of this dream of trying to “win now” type of attitude.
The New Orleans Saints had all the leverage in the world in dealing with the Los Angeles Chargers , and Mickey Loomis failed miserably. A 2027 6th rounder?? SMH! I bet the next move will be giving Olave an obscured over-valued contract extension….
The Buffalo Bills Joe Brady is almost just as overrated as the Denver Broncos ….. Both offenses share that Sean Payton philosophy and it shows. It lacks simplicity where and when it matters most. It’s almost a point for them to see how many receivers they can add in the box score.
Hey NFL and Roger Goodell , remember when New York HQ called down to the on-field refs to inform them of the illegal formation when Jared Goff caught a TD pass against the Kansas City Chiefs? Why didn’t they call down to the on-field refs tonight to overturn that awful PI call? Hmmm…..
Hey Sunday Night Football on NBC, please feel free to tell Cris Collinsworth that we don’t need a lengthy story and/or analysis after every single play. There is a thing called “doing too much”…….
The Denver Broncos are the most overrated and fraudulent team in the history of the NFL. As always, they barely beat bad teams. Sean Payton is NOT the offensive “genius” as he is perceived to be WITHOUT Drew Brees.
Queue the Jeff Duncan post praising Sean Payton for his 10-2 record while completing ignoring the facts of Payton being grotesquely overrated as a HC and the Broncos being the worst 10-2 team in NFL History in One ………… Two ………… and Thrrrrr
The level of disrespect that Denver Broncos Vance Joseph continues to receive is mind boggling! It is amazing that Sean Payton is getting all the praise while Vance Joseph is quietly bailing out Payton’s overrated playcalling……
