Our u12s had the pleasure of playing on the Cardiff Arms Park today Abercarn M&J Rugby. Was great to see the smiles on the kids faces, what an experience. Well done Abercarn, a well organised team that really used the width of that pitch. Hopefully see you again soon!

Great experience for our u9s, playing a curtain raiser Cardiff Arms Park against @RhiwbinaRFC_MJ before the Cardiffrfc game. Some fantastic rugby on display and the smiles on the player's faces said it all as they then provided the guard of honour for the main game. #rugbyfamily
