In #SouthSudan, 1.4 million people are currently affected by flooding. WHH South Sudan - Welthungerhilfe and GIZ started the rehabilitation of a dike in Aweil West County to protect farmland, homes and properties. In the country, 6.3 million people are currently food insecure. Projection: ↗️

With support from the #SouthSudan Humanitarian Fund, Food and Agriculture Organization and WHH South Sudan - Welthungerhilfe provided seeds to 12 000 households in Rubkona County. Now, host communities & returnees affected by the Sudan conflict are growing vegetables 🌱 to boost #FoodSecurity & rebuild #Livelihoods.
