Our WHS debaters have been hard at work these past few weeks preparing both research and speeches for our first tournament next Saturday. We are super excited to see what our new and experienced debaters bring to the table and for the great things to come!

The WHS Congressional Debate team continued its season with a BANG during ICDA 2! Achieving a 2nd place finish in small school sweeps and best legislation, among other personal accolades. It was an honor to host ICDA 2 and we look forward to Conant Debate Team hosting ICDA 3.

The WHS Debate team had another AMAZING tournament this last Saturday at ICDA 3! We placed 2nd in small schools, and had multiple nominations at Varsity and JV levels. We thank Conant Debate Team for hosting a great tournament. We look forward to Lyons Township hosting ICDA 4!
