RPD arrested a 14 year old and 16 year old for driving at a cop in a stolen car. They are suspected of vandalizing a series of cars in the Park Avenue neighborhood. I went looking for the damage. News10NBC

3 corrections officers have been arraigned so far and all 3 are charged w/Murder 2nd in the death of Robert Brooks. All 3 have made bond which drew reactions from people in the Utica courtroom. That's special prosecutor William Fitzpatrick on the right. More to come. News10NBC

Now we have the first CO charged with only manslaughter. No murder charge against Michael Fisher. Every CO has entered a not guilty plea and, so far, they're all coming back on March 31st. Every CO has posted bond so far. News10NBC

CO Nicholas Gentile is charged with tampering with evidence. It is a non-qualifying offense so bail is not eligible. He is released but must return to court when scheduled. News10NBC

The Rochester Police officer hit by a stolen car Tuesday was Capt. Frank Umbrino, the head of Major Crimes at RPD. He was unable to talk to me today but the RPD is talking about it. In the stolen car that hit Frank's RPD SUV was an 11 year old. News10NBC
