Did you know that a narwhal's tusk can grow up to 8 feet long? We learned that today during Fun Fact Friday. Last Friday we learned about penguins. I think our Friday reading activities are becoming a class favorite!

The excitement is mounting here at North Dearborn! There are so many Bengals jerseys, t-shirts and “Who Deys” around these halls! We took a few minutes at recess today to wish the Bengals good luck this weekend! Let’s go Cincinnati Bengals! 740 students all chanting Who Dey!

Our 5th grade buddies came to spend time with our class and read some Dr. Seuss books!

We had a lot of fun practicing place value with pretzels!

Our class loved using our new BenQ for math! I think their favorite feature was using their hand to erase.

My kiddos are working hard on telling time to the hour. Today we used an interactive clock to move the hands to make the time given. We had so much fun and they did an amazing job making the clock show the correct time! ⏰️

Today we used our Ben Q to help us understand number bonds. They loved the interactive counters and being able to lead class.

There is a lot of excitement due to the chrysalis they spotted this morning!🐛🦋

Our first day of reading rotations was a success! I even heard the words, "This is so much fun!"❤📚🍎
