My role with WesternAg North West Sask. is to map out an optimized solution space for fertilizer rates. 1) nutrient supply from PRS probes and 2) model with the Cropcaster to define the space. These 2 adjacent fields forecasted to be similar yield; yielded w/in 2bu/ac avg, very diff fert.

In the field today with Saskatchewan Pulse Growers using WesternAg North West Sask. PRS technology to “dig” into soil residual levels.

Silty loam soil on flat landscape. Normally little yield variability. This year however even subtle landscape variability showed widely variable ylds. We sample accordingly to get a read on these differences. Results will be considered and all mgmt options discussed. Western Ag
