Before overtaking a cyclist, you must ensure the road ahead is clear and be aware of traffic behind you. Check your mirrors, indicate, check your blind spot as appropriate, and when safe to do so, pull out to overtake giving the required space between you and the cyclist.

The 2023 Munster Leisure Series concluded last weekend with the 'When in Doubt - Pedal it Out' event in Co. Clare 🙌 Over 160 riders of all levels enjoyed a fantastic 75km route along the Shannon Estuary Way to end an enjoyable pilot series in the province 🤩 Well done all! 👏
