Teachers that start soon... instead of having kids walk into a new classroom and a pile of books on their desk, what if they walked in and saw puzzle pieces and team building games? The textbooks can wait a day, no? Start by building culture.

If our focus of day 1 is textbooks, folders, filling out index cards, book cover regulations, and everything “they” can’t do, we have COMPLETELY LOST an opportunity to crush the start to this year. Day 1 Plan: Have a blast building a learning culture so that they run back day 2
