Let’s be clear: this shutdown didn’t happen by accident. Republicans are holding the government hostage to protect billionaires and greedy corporations while working families pay more for healthcare, rent, and groceries. That’s the real cost of their shutdown shenanigans.

Let me get this straight. They could have kept premiums from doubling, but they gave the wealthy tax cuts instead. Then they shielded billionaires from being named in the Epstein files. And now they shut down the government instead of giving us healthcare and the Epstein list.
