So why am I working late trying to calculate the value? Because mine is in Abersoch, where the average house price over the last year was.... £640,217 😖

After prosecution this farm was ordered to pay a fine and costs of £2,258 for slurry pollution in 2010.

This happened for a 2nd time in 2014 and was asked to pay £4098,

and a 3rd time in 2023 and was asked to pay £4442.

love the flow of movement doing a row of beads. Sometimes I’ll get them all spot on first go, this time I had to touch up a few. The slow motion clip you can see how I start the cut slicing with the tip just visible and then transfer to the point for the final section of the bead
