Tonight I discovered that my daughter, who is 17, has lived her whole life believing that the name of the singer of The Rolling Stones is McJagger.

Valuing a 3 bed semi. Perhaps the easiest house type to value in the UK. There are 100,000s of them around.

So why am I working late trying to calculate the value? Because mine is in Abersoch, where the average house price over the last year was.... £640,217 😖

love the flow of movement doing a row of beads. Sometimes I’ll get them all spot on first go, this time I had to touch up a few. The slow motion clip you can see how I start the cut slicing with the tip just visible and then transfer to the point for the final section of the bead
