Yesterday we did a science experiment that included immersing candy pumpkins into various liquids to see which ones dissolved! The students were stunned and really into it!

Our pumpkin investigation was a blast!Ss were surprised to see the pumpkin float and many were disgusted by the texture when they reached into grab some seeds! “Yucky, gross, and slimy” were a few of the adjectives I heard 🤣 C.C. Wells Elementary 🎃🎃🎃

These Ss have done such an amazing job working quietly these days! They have earned several days of instrumental Christmas music while we work! ❤️❤️❤️

Each year in December I do a weekly tree decorating table competition. Ss get to add an ornament to their tree when their table is following SMART expectations! It is a super steep competition so far this year! Whichever table has the most at the end wins a prize!

We have been enjoying a spirit week before winter break! Today was “Grinch” Day. Check out all of the green these sweet kiddos are wearing!

PJ day is always a fav! Bring on the hot cocoa, popcorn and Polar Express!
