Action for Wellbeing is a suicide prevention charity, covering South Cumbria and North Lancashire. They provide direct support to those experiencing suicidal thoughts and feelings, those bereaved by suicide or otherwise impacted. Please share #suicidalawareness #suicidprevention2021
