The only advice I have when it comes to improving your art or writing (that isn’t about skill or form) is to get *really* obsessed with one thing and let that thing drive all of your creative endeavors.

I’m not very far into rewriting the beginning of Renaissance Wip (issue with being a perfectionist) but it’s already ten times better than it was beforehand. Shocked & upset.

My favorite bad writing habit is editing as I go. While writing a chapter, I constantly reread and change how paragraphs are worded multiple times or else I’ll forget what I was trying to say. 🤦‍♀️
