Behind every great artist.. There's a team who has created and executed business models and plans, networked and build relationships, and found great opportunities when there wasn't any. Overnight success only exists in fairy tales.

Artists who don't nurture their audience Won't have fans. Nurturing IS NOT: ❌ Hoping people find your music ❌ Using ads to be found ❌ Sporadic posting Nurturing IS: 💡Sharing your authentic self 💡Creating content 💡Consistency That's how you build a fanbase.

Artist development has become outdated. Artist development must include: ✅ Brand development ✅ Catalog development ✅ Release schedule and strategy Sustainability > fame

Building an audience ≠ building fans Social media numbers and streaming monthly listeners ≠ fans. Your fans: ✅ Love your music ✅ Share your music ✅ Love your artist brand ✅ Love your authenticity Stop telling people to run the numbers up.

There's "investing in yourself" and then there is being thirsty. Paying a "performance fee" to perform for a headlining artists is nasty work. Paying for exposure = buyer's remorse
