I'm not sure how many outsiders realize this, but the issue in crypto right now is that US firms are begging for clear regulations so that they know how to follow the law. The SEC refuses to regulate, allowing for maximum arbitrary/capricious enforcement of unwritten rules.

Penn can and should do so much better than this. Free speech is important for allowing people to hear a range of facts and views, but calling for genocide against any group is way out of line.
