I've been off since the 1st due to extenuating irl circumstances however now that I am back and made privy to events that have transpired in my absence, I have introduced the proposal of an inquiry into Matrix_oc in official capacity as President of the Senate for Abuse of Office

Effective $:01 AM PST (17 Apr 2022) I will be stepping aside from any Legal matters I am representative of either party in as an act of Civil Disobedience in light of Group Management editing the Constitution unilaterally with complete disregard for the Amendment process.

It's just shameful how aCon is monopolizing Senate vacancies in his favor- instead of being representative of the partisan makeup prior to vacancies. Basically 50-50 const-fed and now following the purge and multiple appointments, Consts have the Supermajority. [1/5]

Somehow justifying the lack of indicators of an active main account, which it really doesn't, I don't understand the logical reasoning behind this nomination aside from the fact that if it's not aCon's alt- it's surely an extremely partisan judge with evident bias. [3/5]

There are so many other options who have actual experience, who aren't immature extreme partisans with evident bias in extrajudicial matters. This nomination can only be justified in the case the Nominee is a puppet of aCon- directly or indirectly, and [4/5]

That it only passed the Senate because it's been monopolized, following the purge, by solely Constitutionalist Apointees, and those few elected under other banners- most of which have been coerced into caucusing with the one party system in the Senate. It's truly a shame. [5/5]
