Maria Cecilia Lira, a postdoc associate in Radiational Oncology, stands up for “NO PROBATION” in our contract. Weill Cornell Medicine administration is steady to have a “Probationary Period” which would allow to fire postdocs for any reasons in the first four months of their appointment.

We stand in solidarity with our union siblings at Cornell University Ithaca campus who are striking for fair wages amidst a cost of living crisis.
