Fantastic afternoon with JanePowell full of humour, insight & great connection with members. Jane's achievements in many fields both on & off the pitch are extraordinary (as are her twin Jill's). Yorkshire CCC is in very good hands with South Yorkshire's finest as President.

Interesting and absorbing first day between Sussex Cricket and Yorkshire CCC , the Tykes leading by just 26 at 176-7 at the close. Joe Root again showed his class with the day’s only half century (67 from 88b). Will we see a two day finish? #bbccricket
