Proud to be part of the Nancy Blackmon Legacy Scholarship golf tournament. Ms Blackmon was a long time outstanding teacher and assistant principal at Terry Sanford HS ⁦Cumberland County Schools⁩. She was this young principal’s right and left hands from 1983-88.

It was great being back in Chapel Hill celebrating 38 years of ⁦Participate Learning⁩ today. A highlight was reconnecting with Rocie Aguilar. The first Dual Language Teacher in ⁦Cumberland County Schools⁩ at ⁦EE Miller Elem⁩ in 2007! Wow! We’ve all come a long way. Proud.
