Doing art and creating videos is how it helps me with my ptsd.

I agree I didn't have a education but I'm not rich I live in poverty but I like to do what I can to help people. If it's to help raise awareness or use my art to help set up a ptsd veterans cottage organised by Marcus Jones.

We are working on doing a mental health art class group for those in my area who are struggling and want to join in and bring people together through art and music..

This is from another artist 🎨 in the group. And she will be running a different sort of art that she does using Posca pen and give tutorials.
