Fantastic first day of VMSG yesterday and a really great presentations from National Oceanography Centre Jacob Nash and Alice Hopkins (who I failed to get a picture of) on the Hunga volcano eruption and detecting volcanic eruptions in the oceans from space.
Day 2 of VMSG kicking off to a great start, including a cracking talk from Morgan Bugler of University of Southampton on how you grow continental crust.
We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be hosting a joint annual meeting of VMSG and MDSG in January 2025!
