Sometimes there’s reason to despair in this world, but I just met an oversized double bike-buggy on the cycle way. On closer inspection, the cyclist was an older gentleman with two elderly ladies riding pillion from the local care home #localhero #reasonstobehopeful

I absolutely love this- can I offer bike excursions for our lovely care home residents ?

This would be a great use of time - 30 minute ‘SMR rides’ 🚲
