Normalise saying اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ whenever you see anyone successful and happy. They prayed and worked for it. Your time will come too.

Iblis cried loudly four times, first when Allah ﷻ declared him as cursed, second when he was thrown out, Third When Prophet ﷺ was born and fourth when Surah al-Fatiha was revealed.

Just realised that Urdu word for depression is “dil-shakistagi” (دل شکستگی), the defeat of heart ; the feeling that whatever wars you were fighting for sanity are lost, your walls are broken and now you need a rescue. Whoever coined it really knew what it felt like :’)

Even when Yunus was swallowed by a whale, there was hope.

When Yusuf was thrown in the well, there was hope.

When they were trapped in the cave for hundreds of years, there was hope.

When Ibrahim was thrown in the fire, there was hope.

Don’t ever lose hope in Allah.🙏🏻

I heard two things that relax the heart in this Dunya, are Yaqeen and Tawakkul. Yaqeen is having certainty. Certainty that anything Decreed upon us, is best for us. Tawakkul is putting our trust in Allah ﷻ in all situations. It is fully relying Him. How beautiful is that? ❤️
