I'm working on adding mouse interactivity to my math diagram package and it's coming along really nicely ๐Ÿ˜ You can check out the package here: ksassnowski.github.io/vueclid-docs/

I spent my Sunday writing a raymarching-based renderer in the terminal. It's kinda janky and I'm pretty sure I'm leaking memory, but it works! So satisfying!

๐Ÿฆ€ So I rewrote my terminal renderer in Rust (as you do) and it's like an order of magnitude faster than before. Literally the first rust program I've ever written. I love how completely unhinged this can get ๐Ÿ˜‚ Who needs fancy graphics when you have ASCII

How I now get my morning news: ๐Ÿšซ endlessly scrolling on social media and news sites โœ… a single page from a dot matrix printer

Comway's Game of Life, but where each previous generation is on a different z-level. Written in three.js. I saw this idea some time ago on Twitter so shoutouts to whoever that was.

Let's try this again in a color scheme that doesn't get absolutely murdered by Twitter's compression. Bad Apple but it runs in the terminal (sound on!)

To everyone writing any kind of math literature: whenever you feel the urge to write "it's trivial to see", "it's obvious that", "we can easily", or any of its derivatives: just leave it out. I've yet to see an example of where that actually adds anything to the content.

โœจA new article: (Yet another) Introduction to quaternions! I'm a mathematician, so my desires are unconventional and my perspective is skewed, but I hope it will be useful at least in some way ๐Ÿ˜… I've also added a useful cheatsheet in the end ๐Ÿฅณ lisyarus.github.io/blog/posts/intโ€ฆ
