Yesterday was amazing day for Warwickshire Police Cadets. We set the bar high and challenged ourselves to deliver a ceremony that would include a passing out parade of 26 Cadets and the investiture of new 60 Cadets. Glad to say we succeeded and put on a ceremony to be proud of😀

Congratulations to cadets MARSTON & DUMITRU to both being appointed as North Warwickshire High Sheriff Cadets having a 6 month tenure period each. They will represent the North cohort at functions with the High Sheriff of Warwickshire which is a huge privilege

Our North Junior Cadets tonight were tasked to research the code of conduct & include our expectations of them as Police Cadets. It involved teamwork, leadership, peer to peer learning, communication, delivering a short presentation, which were great, well done everyone 👏

Yesterday 3 of our North Cadets helped at a Macmillan Coffee morning, they helped serve teas, coffees, cakes, whilst helping out all round. They met so many people including the mayor of #Nuneaton supporting the Macmillan Coffee morning raising money for such a good cause!

Today 21 of our cadets attended the National Police Memorial Day service in Coventry cathedral with other members of the Police family across the UK it was a very moving ceremony for officers who have died serving the public throughout history who will be remembered.

Our High Sheriff Police Cadets attended The High Sheriff of Warwickshire Legal Service in thanksgivings for the The Kings Peace and our Heritage. It was held in #Warwick What a fantastic service, the cadets were amazing reading a number of quotes to the dignitaries & guests.

Our North Senior Cadets this evening practised some marching at the start of the evening. October is national Hate Crime Awareness, the second part of the session focussed on this. They researched Hate Crime, the consequences, and what help is available for victims of Hate Crime.

This evening the High Sheriff of Warwickshire visited our North Senior Police Cadets and spoke about #teamwork and collaboration. She tasked the cadets with an exercise around what would they like to change, after some discussions in their teams. 1 of 2 posts Warwickshire PCC

Halloween Fun Night, what a fun-packed evening for our North Junior Cadets! Our Halloween-themed session was all about fancy dress, fitness, and festive fun. creativity took centre stage with our toilet roll mummy challenge, cadets teamed up to wrap their friends into spooky 👻

6 of our North Warwickshire Police Cadets braved the wet and cold weather in #Nuneaton to support the Royal British Legion by selling poppies as part of the annual Poppy Appeal. We are incredibly proud of their efforts in raising awareness and funds for such an important campaign

This week our cadets around the county have been drilling and practising for remembrance Sunday where we will march in 3 locations around Warwickshire. We will be proudly displaying our new standards as well!
