At the children’s hospital today you may see this stall for a book titled ‘small boat in a big ocean’. The book shares the journey of one of our former oncology patients. Funds from every copy of the book are donated to the oncology wards! 💙

Some of our staff were in the foyer presenting the improvements we have been making to our ward, such as welcome visits for our proton patients, implementing a sepsis awareness video and green labels for our blood samples to speed up results in the labs🎗️

Today is a very special day... Last year our 12yo rung the bell, signalling an end to over 3 years of leukaemia treatment. Today he is well, happy and living life and we couldn't be more grateful to all the NHS Ward 84 Day Case staff who have supported him and us. 🎗❤️
