Handed over Land Allotment Letter to Indian Council of Agricultural Research for establishment of KVK Longding Wednesday in presence of senior officers & public. Allocation 15-hec of land in New Kanubari is significant step to boost research, extension services & farmer welfare.

Visited the much-anticipated under-construction ITI at Kanubari today. A few key works remain to make the institute fully functional and student-ready. Once operational, this institute will serve as a valuable hub of skill development for our youth across the region.

Inspected soon-to-be-operational Model Degree College, Kanubari along with officers, to review final & overall readiness. With eager anticipation for its launch, this institution is expected to be great asset in the region that promises to fill critical gap in higher education.

VISITED Jomlo Farm, Siang dist accompanied by HMLA-Advisor Talem Tabohji & officers to assess agri, horti & veterinary facilities. The farm (estd 1968) is one of the oldest govt farms. Concrete efforts are needed to upgrade facilities to ensure they serve the public effectively.

Interacted with Agri & allied Dept officers of Jomlo, Siang District, who shared challenges hindering operations. Assured Govt's full support & urged them to focus on feasible & region-specific solutions that would benefit our farmers. HMLA-Advisor Talem Taboh ji also joined me.

CONDUCTED thorough evaluation of infrastructure of agri & allied depts at Kaying monday. Strategic planning & infra development must for officers to work efficiently for our people. Encouraging to see that farmers in are actively utilizing services from Veterinary dept, Kaying.
