Successful people don’t need to tell you they are successful. Great leaders don’t need to tell you they are great leaders. The best don’t need to tell you they are the best. Secure people don’t feel the need to prove themselves.

Too many rest on past accomplishments, achievements, recognition. There was a time to celebrate, but the past is over. What are you doing to invest in today, to move forward today, to contribute to today? Today doesn’t care about yesterday. It demands your best today.

𝙎𝙐𝙈𝙈𝙀𝙍 𝙂𝙍𝙄𝙉𝘿 𝙄𝙉 𝙎𝙀𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉! The Rack Community is back in the weight room ready to put in the extra work all summer long! Check out Wamego HS (KS) with over 300 athletes from 2nd to 12th grade focused on summer health and performance. Let’s go! 🏋️👏

One of my favorite weeks of the summer!

Great leaders create a culture of sustained momentum, not just a moment of success. A culture that allows people to thrive and grow over the long run, not one where people succeed and then fade. Consistent leadership creates consistent culture creates consistent results.

Excited for these 5 young ladies to lead our program this upcoming season! Leaning on the 7 Commitments of a Great Team to help us grow together and embrace the journey!

We always appreciate the hospitality we receive when we go to Hutch Team Camp! Great competition, beautiful campus and it’s always nice to get away to start building our team chemistry! Thank you Coach Ontjes, William Travis Kirk, Blue Dragon Women's Basketball, and Coach Nac!

We learned, we got better, we built some confidence and most importantly some team chemistry! Even managed to take in the College Basketball Experience! Thank you to ShotClockShowdown and the Wamego Basketball Association for a great weekend! We’ll be back next year!

Last Saturday we got to celebrate Toree & Caden! Relationships cultivated over time can lead to so many wonderful memories! My mind was flooded with special moments the entire day! And to top it off we got to reconnect with some past and present Lady Raider Basketball players!

On Saturday we got to celebrate another special young lady! Congratulations to Kendra and Aidan! It was a beautiful evening and ran into some other Lady Raiders! The values that made Kendra an extraordinary player will also make her an unbelievable wife!

Cheers to 16 years! Blessed to go through this life with you! I’m proud of the life we have created and excited for all the memories we will create in the future! I love you!
