We recently installed a new large bowl vibrator for an existing customer who needed more capacity for larger parts. The existing machine is 300 litre and new bowl is 600 litre. The system includes a new ZM03 recycling system to reduce water and compound usage by up to 95%.♻️💦🌍

A customers water recycling problems for vibratory finishing were solved when we installed a fully automated ZA06 centrifugal recycling system which replaced a much larger filter press system. The water quality was much improved and space required was significantly less. ♻️💦🌍

We recently installed a vibratory finishing machine to expand a customers capacity. Due to the nature of products the recycling of water and compound was not permitted so a centrifuge was installed to remove solids from two vibro machines prior to discharge to drain.

When a customer was trying to eliminate his waste stream from the vibratory finishing process due to tightening discharge limits, we installed a ZM03 water and compound recycling system, no effluent going to the drainage system, saving up to 95% of water and compound. ♻️💦🌍
