These adverts on our Trains always give me a wry smile when you are there prepping the said train for service at 0340 in the morning 🫠

That’s a shame Give Blood NHS 🩸🩹 but I understand. Slightly annoying you don’t get a donation credit either for short notice cancellations when you’ve organised things to accommodate the appointment but such as life. Had to burn some calories the old fashioned way instead 🏃‍♂️

Had an early turn today so up & at work before anyone else was awake but came home to love & some goodies from my amazing girls.

A plague & shame on all their houses. Non of them come across as bastions of integrity and justice over what is clearly coming out as another dark scandalous period of our society. My trust in public officials couldn’t plummet any lower to be honest.

The politics is not only unhelpful to me the it has actually been one of the most damaging things in this whole scandal (beyond the damaging acts of abuse, crimes & cover ups of course).

Seeing politicians weaponising other people’s trauma when an enquiry hasn’t even begun yet & survivors haven’t even had any opportunity to gain meaningful support yet 😒 That’s enough X for me this week I think.

Although not impressed with the 4am wake up call - I’m assured it was worth it. Happy 22nd Wedding Anniversary my love.
