I'm very happy in developing epidemioR bookdown (lemid.github.io/epidemioR) with these graduate students (github.com/lemid/epidemio…). I can feel their effort and commitment. It is a so good atmosphere.

Today I enrolled in a Arduino course. I'm excited to learn how to use IoT to record data from experiments, automate things like irrigation and control devices with smartphone. That could be an interesting research line. For now, I just hope to have fun. At least a hobby.

Today my undergrad students presented our work "nlmSet: interactive web catalogue of nonlinear regression models" at SIEPE/ENAF (academic event done at UFPR). I'm very proud of them by how them developed along this project. github.com/leg-ufpr/nlmSet

Today I started ClickMetrics package (github.com/walmes/ClickMe…). Its aim is to help on the extraction of data by mouse clicking on images. First it will be covered common situations in agronomy/biology: length, area, count. All assistance will be very helpful. #rstats #shinyapp
