Negativity is a powerful and useful force. Don’t trust people that say it’s not useful. Any energy can be used for productivity and good. We don’t feel negativity for no reason. That’s entirely illogical.

Be careful around people that demand you always stay in a place of “good vibes only” saying that’s how the Law of Attraction works. You’re not a robot. You were designed to feel all emotions. Feeling good all the time is literally impossible and irrational.

Saying “fuck you“ to people who have hurt you is the height of spirituality.

Staying genuine and kind and compassionate and open hearted and childlike in certain industries that are nefarious and ego and all about power is a supernatural act.

Trying to hear the truth in self-help and new thought and spirituality is sometimes only possible if you stop trying to pretend that what you’re hearing doesn’t strike you as bullshit. A lot of it is bullshit. Trust your gut.

Social media trains all of us to think in black-and-white. Life is shades of gray. It always has been and it always will be.

Why do people hate talking on the phone now? Why do we refuse to do that? I see enormous strings where people are like don’t fucking call me. Why?
