You can call it 'woke' or being a 'leftie' or even 'PC gone mad' but I think 'decent human being' covers it just as well. Strange that being concerned & empathetic to the plight & welfare of others is seen as so bad...that's why society is so wrecked. #tuesdayvibe

Above inflation pay rises, 2nd & 3rd jobs, Directorships, low tax rates, subsidised meals, lavish & unethical expenses claims & even media work, I'm sick of MP's telling us to 'work harder' & 'tighten our belts', whilst they continue to ride tax free on the gravy train.

We wanted the Tories out 'cos they inflicted over 14yrs of austerity & misery upon the nation, so we wanted change...today is a sad day for the @Labourparty & they should ALL be ashamed. The Tories wanted to 'pile the bodies high' & now #Keirstarmer wants to freeze 'em to death.

Paul Birch (@wakethefitup) 's Twitter Profile Photo

We've had over 14yrs of the Tories & their politics of deceit & hate & fear, all cloaked in a blanket of corruption, so now that they're out, wouldn't it be nice to have hope again. Unfortunately it's not a good start from #Keirstarmer & Labour, so they've got some work to do.

#FreeSpeech is extremely important BUT I suppose you shouldn't get annoyed when someone has a different opinion than you. For instance, my friends think #NigelFarage is a racist arsehole...whilst I think he's a jingoistic prick. I suppose we'll just have to agree to disagree.

A 2% wealth tax on assets over £10 million could raise £24 billion — more than enough to fund Winter Fuel Payments, scrap the two-child benefit cap and support public sector workers. It’s time for the sixth-largest economy to tax the super-rich and distribute wealth fairly.

Displaying a flag isn't patriotic but looking after the welfare of ALL citizens and making sure they can afford to eat & heat their homes without the fear of bankruptcy...is. It seems that most MPs ONLY care about themselves, they are the anti-patriots. Don't believe their tripe.

Can Tories STOP talking like they suddenly care about pensioners. For years you knew the state pension was barely enough to live. When energy bills soared you were happy to let them keep warm in libraries and on buses, yet here you are talking like you give a shit. SHUT UP.

Paul Birch (@wakethefitup) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The Tories for 14yrs to the disabled, pensioners & poor: Ner, Ner, Ner, Ner, we're not listening, Ner, ner, NER! The Tories after 3mths out of govt: Hey now Labour, bloody look after the disabled, pensioners & poor...they're broke you know...not sure why but...hey it's not on.

Paul Birch (@wakethefitup) 's Twitter Profile Photo

When #KeirStarmer was elected leader of the #Labourparty in 2020 there were Tory MPs praising the decision...that worried me & listening to his NHS speech today & the obvious groundwork for Privatisation, that worries me more now...he's not a Diet Tory, he's a Diet Tony.

Paul Birch (@wakethefitup) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Big Pharma have been licking their lips for years just waiting for the opportunity to exploit the Brits. The Tories were desperate to Privatise but we didn't let 'em. To #Saveournhs we NEED to keep spreading the word that it's not for sale...or else we'll all be paying for it.

Paul Birch (@wakethefitup) 's Twitter Profile Photo

A govt's priority should be looking after the homeless, the disabled, those that need food banks & struggle with bills, the unemployed, those that work & require benefits & pensioners who should be allowed to enjoy their twilight years. Wouldn't that be great? Aah well, dream on.

Privatisation does not work Privatisation does not work Privatisation does not work Privatisation does not work Privatisation does not work Privatisation does not work Privatisation does not work Privatisation does not work 'Cos it's always hard lines for the public.

Migrants cost a lot of money & some 'may' cause crime or be criminals but...but...BUT...the broken state of the UK at the moment, from the NHS to Railways, Housing to Energy prices etc is the fault of 14yrs of Tory austerity...THEY are the ones you should direct your ire towards.

Paul Birch (@wakethefitup) 's Twitter Profile Photo

This man needs to start a new party...The Workers Party (or something like that), who's manifesto is to support the 99% (disabled, poor, pensioners, homeless etc) & correctly tax the 1% (Tory MPs, Companies, Non-doms etc)...I'd vote for him, would you?

Paul Birch (@wakethefitup) 's Twitter Profile Photo

A lot of us voted Labour cos we we're sick to death of the Tories & corruption & bigotry & deceit etc don't ever vote those gits back in etc BUT if they'd done what #KeirStarmer has done these last few wks we'd have gone to town on them...we wanted change, when will we get it?

Paul Birch (@wakethefitup) 's Twitter Profile Photo

#Brexit is the worst thing to happen to this country since the War. It's normalised hate, caused friction for the Union, ramped up energy prices, increased poverty & decreased civility. Hopefully Labour can develop a new relationship with the EU & move the country forwards.

When the right state there's not enough money for Socialism they forget that by nationalising resources, the profits can go back to the public rather than making the public pay exorbitant bills instead. C'mon #Keirstarmer get on with it. #socialistsunday #laurakuenssberg

#LauraKuenssberg is NOT a journalist, she is a Tory mouthpiece, she's NEVER impartial & she should be on a 'news' channel that serves her ethos & morals...like GB News.
