It is with great sadness that I have learnt of the passing of dear Felice Gaer, Jacob Blaustein Institute Director, tireless advocate for peace, true UN Genocide Prevention Champion of Prevention. Her legacy with the human rights movement & prevention agenda is enormous. We must honor it with our work.
