Over the past several yrs, we‘ve had a program to collect & deeply characterize metastatic biopsies from Dana-Farber patients with MBC (working w Nancy Lin, Eric Winer, MD, DFCI breast oncology colleagues, DFCI/BWH Center for Cancer Precision Med, & many others) #SABCS19



Role of AKT mutations in mediating resistance to endocrine therapy and CDK 4/6i in MBC. Nice work led by Dr. Seth Wander Mass General Cancer Center and collaboration with Nikhil Wagle, MD (he/him). Implications for treatment in post CDK 4/6 setting.
