The Authority’s upgrade of its customer information and billing system is now complete. Customers with online accounts can now access the Customer Portal.

2:30 PM: The Authority is reparing a leak in Bodden Town. Customers on the following roads will experience an interruption of service from 2:30 PM to 3:10 PM: Royal Heights Dr, Avalon St, Canberra St, Brisbane St, Maya Way, Indigo Dr, Providence Ln, and a section of Will T Dr.
