For #FeatureFriday, let's talk safety along the MBT with Office of Unified Communications & WABA Trail Rangers. Running from Union Station to Fort Totten, the Met Branch Trail is a great place to walk🚶♀️, 🏃♀️ jog, or ride a bike 🚴 . Watch for tips to stay safe while enjoying the trail.
On Thursday, DDOT, Department of Energy & Environment, and WABA Trail Rangers spent the morning on the Klingle Valley Trail. We trimmed vegetation back from the edge of the trail to prevent future damage to the trail surface. Thank you to all of our partners who help keep our trails safe and enjoyable!
We'll be on the Metropolitan Branch Trail tabling with our friends Eckington Parks & Arts this Saturday (11/5) at 10AM at their monthly cleanup. Come say hi!
