😃 The Horizonte Europa #BIOMET4D project, coordinated by IMDEA Materials, was heavily featured as part of the recent Workshop on Additive Biofabrication (@WAB2024). 👍 #WAB2024 was the inaugural workshop of its kind, and was organised by researchers at the host institute.

🙌 At @WAB2024, we we lucky enough to speak to Prof. Amir A Zadpoor, one of the event's keynote speakers and a professor of Biomaterials and Tissue Biomechanics at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). He shared his expertise on metamaterials for biomedical applications.

Prof. Zadpoor was one of four speakers to present as part of #WAB2024's Smart Designs & Metamaterials session, which also featured IMDEA Materials' own Dr. Jennifer Patterson, as well as Prajwal Agrawal from ETH Zurich and Melika Babaei, co-founder of Adli Tissue Regeneration Inc.
