If you've recently been naturalized, we recommend registering in person. The voter registration deadline is Saturday. Online registration is not available to new citizens who haven't updated their citizenship documentation with the RMV yet.

Polls will be open in Massachusetts from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. tomorrow. If you will be out of town tomorrow, you have until 12 p.m. today to apply in person for an absentee ballot and vote at your local clerk's office.

We don't recommend mailing your ballot now, because it needs to be postmarked by Nov. 5 and received by Nov. 8 in order to be counted. If you must mail your ballot, we recommend bringing it into the post office to be postmarked by hand.
