I would consider myself to be on the moderate centre-left. So why, in the last few months, is my timeline full of angry far-right tweets by people I don’t know or follow?

One advantage today of Twitter’s recent determination to put unwanted far-right comments into my timeline is that I can see their discomfort and confusion after last night’s debate.
