There's a popular philosophy in business that you should hire smart people and let them do their thing. But in coaching, we also want people who are going to support our strengths and compliment our weaknesses. In hiring Coach Lexus two years ago, we hit a home run.

Having an athletic director who supports the program and the coaching staff is huge in building a program. It is important to have an AD who believes in the coaches, will fight for your program and has your back. We are fortunate to have one of the best in Coach Fletcher.
