National Space Research and Development Agency reveals Nigeria's pioneering acquisition of a cosmic ray muon detector, enhancing climate change and atmospheric research capabilities.

Prof. Babatunde Rabiu, Director of UN-African Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education in English, shared this milestone at an Abuja symposium.

UN-ARCSSTEE and Georgia State University (GSU), USA, spearheaded the Cosmic Rays and Space Weather Symposium, unveiling the detector crafted by GSU's Physics and Astronomy Department.
