Okay random plug. You all need to check out Voicenotes , it's a pretty ADHD friendly app - you can do 1 minute voice recordings for free which it records and puts in a searchable text form. And if you want to record longer, currently they have a lifetime subscription for $50.

simple workflows i use a lot these days: 1. record irl meetings in Voicenotes, convert it to todo list, paste on todoist 2. before writing a doc, make a vn about everything possible that i want to say, use cleanup feature, go to chatgpt, ask it to make it professional
