This is to bring to your attention, that none of the illustrations cite examples of criminal acts done by 'minor girl'

The concern stems out from #ManavSingh case, where the boy who died by suicide was 17-years-old & the girls accused of abetting his suicide were also 17-yrs of age

We truly hope these guidelines will be applicable to minors with criminal intent, w/o giving them benefit of gender
