For Tiffany’s milestone #birthday, she wanted to go to #Vermont. It seems to be that Tiffany and my recent #vacation choices have been about sharing bits and pieces of our past with our daughter. Thanks Snowmobile Vermont for helping us do this and in making new memories.

Welcome to Day 2. Today was all energy and students everywhere. We began the day at Six Flags over Georgia as it was #DECA day, and ended it with the #OpeningCeremony for this week’s competitions. #lths LTHS DECA #DECAICDC

We are still out and about #traveling the ring road in #Iceland. Still heading East, but here’s a quick reflection on what we are seeing. It has been more than 50 degrees colder here than back at home in #AustinTexas #familyfun #ringroad

Before we left #Reykjavik for our journey on the #RingRoad, we stopped off at the Blue Lagoon Iceland. Somewhat touristy, but we’ll have to compare with more authentic heated swimming pools throughout #Iceland. It is definitely something that should be experienced.

In less than a week we ship our daughter off to #college. So how did we spend this reflective day? We spent it shooting #zombies at Sandbox VR located in the #Domain over in #Austin. it was a very intriguing experience. #atx #gaming #VirtualReality

I’ve lived in #Austin for more than 16 years and today was the first time that I found myself waiting for #BBQ. We saw Interstellarbbq on the news and on #Netflix. It was highly rated with #TexasMonthly and definitely worth the wait. Friendly staff and great food.

I love the holidays, it lets me have my little girl back home; she and her laundry. Father-daughter lunch.
