Round 3 was dedicated to the #yeast #fermentation process for the #CO2, methanol & FA conversion to added-value organic acid. BOKU University, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and UFZ teams presented the performance improvements and the CO2 reduction & fermentation integration in a single reactor🎯
After the networking lunch, in the last presentation of the day CO₂ Value Europe showcased the latest communication & dissemination activities, how the VIVALDI network is growing and ways to further engage with all key stakeholders 🤝🏼 Stay tuned for the upcoming events!
The morning continued with Jorge Senan Salinas and Dianella Garro Espinoza, experts at BETA Tech Center, who delved into the sustainable and environmental life cycle analysis (#LCA) of the entire VIVALDI process, giving us a comprehensive overview 💫
Last but not least, Elvira Serra showcased exploitation & replicability opportunities, and business models for VIVALDI techs & products 🚀 CO₂ Value Europe completed the overview with an analysis of the EU policy framework and how it influences the #CCU deployment in Europe 🇪🇺
